"finding a niche" and "realizing/harnessing potential"… are two very different things. let us remember that. 

i would like to believe that the decisions and choices we make are happening because its something we believe and have faith in, but also we are making them because we WOULD make those decisions as people and for no other reason than that. that every choice is a conscious, self-affirmed, soul-building thought. that we are the decisions we are making, rather than being defined by the choices we make. its about the way we make our choices, rather than the choice itself. how, and not what.
